Knee Pain

In August I had a fight in which i tried to use every strike i could to finish the guy. In doing so, I injured my knee from bouncing it off his head 2 times. I struck his skull, right above his ear, with the inside part of my left knee. That night in the hotel room i felt pain in my knee, thinking it was just bruised. since then the outside of my left knee has been giving me much pain and problems during training and even just moving around at work. Ive heard of knees being blown out from giving knees, does anyone have any advise or experience with this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
