kettlebell circuit ideas?????

i've just been out and bought myself a 28kg/55lb kettlebell as i can't get to a gym i have use of a open field about the size of 2 football pitches and some good hills around where i live, i was wondering if anyone had any advice as in circuit tips or routines that they could help out with, i am a little bit heavier that i should be at the minute and want to get rid of the extra weight but also keep my strength, any good advice would be awesome, thanks

The Magic 50:
5 snatch each arm,
5 swings each arm,
10 burpees
1 min rest between sets
5 sets.

Excellent workout. He has others listed as General Physical Preparedness (GPP). Can't think of them all right now, but the Magic 50 is the best.

Snatch

Snatch
Swing/toss at head height and catch with other hand
repeat until death

Clean
pushpress twice
From top position of the second pushpress drop into a swing then toss at head height and catch with other hand

Each of these can be done with any number of rep schemes: density training, pyramids, ladders, max reps in time, set number of reps for time, whatever.

28kg doesn't equal 55lbs.

I walk in a square, turning 90 degrees at the end of each. Make it back to the start, or die.

5 swings
5 high pulls
5 snatches

repeat with other arm.

I usually go for a target number of reps and try to do them in the shortest time possible.

So for this circuit I'll usually go for 210 total reps or 7 sets.
