Don't push ur body over its limit. Unless ur kettle bells workout isn t rigorous, and u feel like doing more on that day.

I Wouldn't kettlebells can really tax your body, but in a different way than traditonal lifting, Kettlebells by themselves are more than enough

I never feel compelled to lift after doing a conditioning session with kettlebells. Best to keep them to separate days.

agree w/ Urban-- even when I use a relatively lighter weight bell(s), if I do a nice routine, I really don't feel as though I've missed out and need to lift afterwards. And also agree w/ Spoon, they are a different kind of workout.

I tend to do my kettlebell work on mornings where I have time after doing some cardio, or feel like stretching myself out/taxing myself a little more than I have.

Yeah, the way you said it, it almost sounds like kettle bell exercises are not lifts.

In the worst case scenario I would do some barbell lifts after KB, but not dumbells.
