Just got my MRI results

DR. says I have a torn meniscus. It has been bothering me for months and I would love to get rid of the pain. Any of you guys ever have arthroscopic surgery for this type of injury???I would love to hear about the recovery and how long it took to return to sporting activities. Oh yeah, I would be getting the tear removed not repaired.

My friend had that fixed surgically last year. He got over it pretty quickly and was squatting over 300 within a few months.

Very straight forward procedure. You will probably need 4 weeks or so to rehab and then another 4 to get your strength back.
