So, I'll ask.
A soccer field is 100 yards long right?

Yeah a standard soccer field is 100 yards. I crunched the numbers and each suicide works out to 500 yards, so 2500 yards total which is only about 1.4 miles. Add in the 50 push-ups and that actually doesn't sound too bad.

Thanks. In theory it doesn't sound to bad when you put it that way. In practice it's going to suck.
I'm going to try this challenge today.

Tamil/13:53.

---

Surprisingly no bucket needed, but my body's so tired that I have to remember to breathe, lol.

I'm coming off a stop-and-go of intermittent training riddled with injuries and traveling, so I expect to see this come down as I get back into the swing of things.

I've been doing 10 meters up, 5 back x 4 for four sets as part of a warm up. That's aboot a 1/4 of one suicide.

I predict a low turn out for this.

Bubbles / 13:17

Can do this faster, but did it on my work lunch break, and my boss pulled up beside me in his pick up truck and started asking me what I was doing.
I slowed to a jog for one leg of the suicide to explain.

My goal is for a sub 12:00 time.

I hate it when people interupt my workouts. Esp when I'm gapsing for air.

First time we did the Magic 60 I had a the same thing happen.

"Go away."

Anything that has running will, this was about as close to an aerobic workout i could come up with while still being somewhat interesting to do.
