Just to make sure that I understand:

From the goal line, run 18 yards to the box and back, run to the half-field line and back, run to the opposite side 18 yard box and back, then run the full length of the field and back for 1 suicide? Then a nice, restful interlude of pushups before running it all again?

It's like Standard looked into my soul, saw the fear of running 400s that kept me from seeking out a nice 400m track last month, and then decided to RIP MY SOUL RIGHT OUT OF MY BODY AND EAT IT.

I want to do all of them but didn't pan out last month, seemed ever day i had a chance the track was either locked with security around or a football game was going on, i still plan on doing the 400 it though even if it doesn't count for points
