Jogging Problem

Do you guys experience pain on your stomach when you jog? I always had that kindda problem when I jog and I wanna find a solution to it. I hope you guys can help me out. Thanks.

when your out of shape its called hitting your "wall" at least thats what Ive heard it called, its basically telling you that your going too hard and your cramping up. The solution is to do a lighter pace for a longer amount, the better your cardio gets the less youll experience it. I used to be over 300lbs and right now im 225 and train 8 times a week in Muay Thai and I never experience that problem anymore whereas before I would get it after 30 seconds of hard running. learn to pace yourself and get your cardio up rather than going all out

if I eat anything substantial (like a full meal) I have to wait at least 2.5-3 hours before I run or I get horrible cramps. I usually just run in the morning before I eat to solve this problem.

Yeah like a static cramp. Come to think of it, I jog after I eat. Could that be the problem?

I know the cramp that you speak of

If you can gut through the pain... try to push past it
If its causing you to slow down or feel dizzy.....lighten your pace.

I get the same problem too, when I ignore it it gets to the point where my whole midsection burns like crazy....but for some reason I like the feeling.
