when your out of shape its called hitting your "wall" at least thats what Ive heard it called, its basically telling you that your going too hard and your cramping up. The solution is to do a lighter pace for a longer amount, the better your cardio gets the less youll experience it. I used to be over 300lbs and right now im 225 and train 8 times a week in Muay Thai and I never experience that problem anymore whereas before I would get it after 30 seconds of hard running. learn to pace yourself and get your cardio up rather than going all out
