A job to get stronger ?

After may I probably am free from school. I think about getting a job. I like to have job that will make me stronger. With stronger I mean stronger and better for fighting ( Kickboxing, MMA ).

What kind of job should I do ? I thought about working in construction.

Go to a moving company and fill out an ap. Chances are, they'll let you start that day or the next. Moving furniture all day will definitly make you stronger. I did it for a year. Moving companies are always hiring, especially in big cities.

One of my friends worked in scaffolding for 2 years and he is now huge. His forearms and his back especially are massive. He doesn't really work out and I do but I'm sure that he would be able to lift more than me.

I always think about getting a manual labor job but I realize that I will hate it after a week or two, regardless the benefits. This summer, I plan to work at a golf course (I would drive in a golf cart and wit around with a walkie-takie)

my brother currently has a job installing sprinkler systems. Pretty much it involves him digging ditches all day and then laying down piping. Digging ditches is not only good for strength, but they also say that it builds character, haha.

My father is an industrial painter and he has to throw around 80lb Paint cans all day and move around 55lbs scaffold weights and after a while it makes you stronger. Also he must move shit around.

He is freaking huge. i am certain he could lift WAY mroe then i could. In my opinion i think for fighting construction would be good

you hammer away at the walls and lift big rocks and you dont really rest inbetween and its like an ongiong thing right

The strength you build from manual labor is different than what you get from working out at a gym. It seems to be a more functional strength than what you get from the preset motion of gym exercises. I especially noticed the difference in the strength of my grip and lower back from all of the use of tools and moving stuff around.
