well i had dislocated my shoulder 2 years ago in a nasty motorcycle accident. naw dude it wasnt bjj i was surprised cuz i tend to be real careful on my shoulder when i train bjj, i was doing some MT sparring, got the dude in a clench and i guess we were swinging each other around and then all of a sudden i feel a pop and there goes my shoulder. the trainer poped it back in real quick i mean the thing was prob dislocated for about 1 min tops. but now its sore as shit. funny thing my head trainer Mezger said "you are done!! for 3 mo that is, dont want you training for 3 mo"

As in Guy Mezger? ( I see you're in Texas)

And again, DAMN. 3 Months is long time to lay off. It's been 4 since my gym closed and I'm almost insane from it.

Hopefully you heal up quick. And can't ya still go in and work your kicks and the other arm (jab or uppercuts or whatever)?

I'm with you, I was sweating profusely and breathing heavily. BW Squats always do that to me, though.

Shit man, that blows. Hopefully the chiro/therapist says you can get back into things sooner...

Mike, that is absolutely ludicrous.
May I ask, do you have normal lengthed arms? I would think that shorter arms would make this easier.
Excellent show.
