January Challenge: Cindy Circuit

January Challenge:

Cindy Circuit

What to do:

Perform the following round
  • 5 pullups
  • 10 pushups
  • 15 Squats

Complete your maximum number of rounds in 20 minutes.

Rules
- No whitebelts *exceptions will be made if i know you
- This is a timed event, start your timer at the first pullup and let it run uninterrupted until the 20 min time limit has expired.
- Pullups (overhand grip) should be from straight arms to chin above bar at a minimum, you can touch chest if you like but that is more than is required
- Pushups should hit a minimum depth of 90 degrees at the elbow, your shoulders should be at the same height as your elbow joint.
- BW squats must hit parallel in depth, no quarter or 1/8th squats.
- Report only full rounds, if you do 5 pullups 10 pushups and 10 squats that is not a complete round

Crossfit does the pullups in kipping style(kicking the legs to help), are we allowing that? I think we should because it actually icreases the workload accomplished, and would let us compare our results to theirs.

flat footed works for me, hindu just seems too matt furey for my liking

I agree with JRT6 no kipping, this will make it a little more simple for people and there are alot of people who can hardle due 5 chins in a row as is
