Had this workout today for conditioning at the end of training...Was intense thought you guys might enjoy....I have a kickboxing fight on the 29th and we use crossfit type workouts for some of our conditioning.......
100 Elephants or swings with 50 pounds (take dumbell in standing postion and swing from between your legs to over your head in a explosive movement ......)
and
50 "thrusters" with 100 pounds (parallel squat and press)
for time ...Gets pretty hard to keep track of numbers so we used our partners as counters
