I'm biting...

When I fight or do anything that gets me out of breath I start to bite over my lower lip. I have a slight overbite anyway, but fighting like this is going to get my teeth knocked out. I try to correct it when I catch myself but it just keeps happening... Anybody know a way to help me stop?

Wear it every time you step on the mat/to train.

We have a pro fighter that comes in and spars without one, I just do not understand, get a damn mouth piece, I just fought saturday night and wore a 2 dollar mouthpiece, ANYTHING is better than nothing.

My first training session got caught with a punch and cut my lip. Went straight out and bought a mouth piece. Would you rather walk round with missing teeth or spend 10 seconds putting a mouth piece in when sparring.

Also you need to train with a mouth piece in because you need to simulate fighting conditions.

Get someone to knock your toofs out, no problem with biting your lip
