Do you even train Muay Thai?? Or some other Kicking MA like Karate or TKD??
First start doing that, The streching routine in Muay Thai is Brutal and that alone should help develop your flexability. No one is able to do them at first unless they come from and athletic background but as long as you keep doing the stretches you'll notice your mid kicks keep getting higher and easier and then you'll be throwing high kicks in no time!
