I Need

help on how to get into good shape, im really outta shape right now, i havent excersiced in a while, im 5'11" 180 pounds and i have an alein looking body, i plan on playing basketball lifting weights and training in jiu jitsu, does any1 know any better way to get down to around 160

jogging and sprints man, basball could help u with ur sprints from running very quick from base to base, but i would recommend going to a soccer field, sprint from one post to another, jog back, repeat 15 times, and try to get out and jog every morning, with nothing on ur stomach u wont cramp up, and at the same time u'll be burning fat, let me know how it works for u, good luck dude

Mixing up different forms of cardio like HIITs, Tabatas, sprints, and LSD, with a solid strength regiment is important... but equally important in droppping pounds is diet. What's your eating habits like?
