jogging and sprints man, basball could help u with ur sprints from running very quick from base to base, but i would recommend going to a soccer field, sprint from one post to another, jog back, repeat 15 times, and try to get out and jog every morning, with nothing on ur stomach u wont cramp up, and at the same time u'll be burning fat, let me know how it works for u, good luck dude
