What are your goals? What are you training for?
You need a good routine for? Strenght? General conditioning?
What are your weaknesses? Strenghts?
Actually, rather than asking us to design a routine for you, why don`t you go read the stikies on top of this forom and the s&c and d&s ones as well?

I recommended this to another guy last week.
Jumprope 5min/ push ups 1min/ bicyle abs 1min/ Step ups w/ knees on a chair or bench 1min/leg/ resistance band rows 2min/ wall sit 1min/ jumprope 3min- Rest 1 min and repeat cycle of moves for 3-4 sets.
In order to lose fat you need to eat less and move more. The extra activity will be fueled by your body fat stores and that's how you'll get leaner. LAte

I'd do a series of small meals throughout the day at a caloric deficit, followed by a good sleep at night. The next day, repeat the circuit.

Until you've made a commitment to a good diet, don't look at particular exercise routines with the idea of losing fat.
