I have become a believer!

Burpees are the work of the devil....

Just wanted to try them for the first time and I did 5 30sec sets with a minute in between... I feel like an absolute wuss! i just jogged a mile about 2 hrs ago and didn't feel anywhere near this wore out...

Instead of jogging the mile why dont you run it?

instead of jogging 1 mile , why not sprint 5 miles with a bag of rocks on your back , ankle weights on and carrying a trree trunk like Sylvester Stallone does in Rocky lV
