Pulled Quadricep

i was doing sprints today and i felt a pop in my theigh muscle so i stopped bcuz i knew something was wrong. now it hurts when i pull my leg back and i feel a lot of pain. Is this a pulled quad? or do u guys think its just a strain?

any suggestions on how to heal it fast

lol what are the chances keyboard warriors over the internet, with minimal amount of knowledge about your situation can make you better and give you better recommendations than a doctor can in person

FWIU that's a common injury when adults suddenly start sprint training and I did it myself last year. It has been recommended that adults do hill sprints, sled drags etc instead of straight sprints because that inhibits them from going full speed therefore preventing injury.

That has worked for me. If you don't have a rolled up muscle and/or can't walk I think you'll be ok.
