I only over sleep if it is like 12+ hours and that isn't really sleeping the entire time. It is more just laying in bed and nodding off every now and then - pretty obvious I should get up at that point. For the most part I don't get that over slept feeling - if I can sleep I was tired.

i train 6 days a week, you need at least 8

7 is bare minimum anything below and your a zombie
