I might have a fight in November aswell. Right now, I'm joggin about 3 miles a day, and I'll up it a quater mile every week for 8 weeks. We also have a dedicated day for sprinting. 50, 75, and 100 meters, aswell as with a harness (while out trainer holds us back), thats about 45-60 minutes.
SORRY...direct answer to your question: Run 6 days, at leat 25-30 minutes. If you're really serious do maybe 4x45 minutes sessions, with 1 or 2 days for sprints. Just my take on it.
