How Many days a week do you train?
Didn't know which forum to put this on, but wondering how many days a week you guys all train?
If you want to know. I'm at 5. Taking it a little easy though.
Gym - Monday Wed Friday Doing 3 body parts each day, and an hour of cardio , also crunches
BJJ - Tuesday/Thursday and an hour of cardio around noonish

6, usually twice a day (skill for MMA, weights, GPP, sprints, etc)

mon- Conditioning at noon, MMA sparring at 7
Tues- MMA training at noon MT training and Sparring at 7
Wed- Conditioning at noon, Boxing and sparring at 7
Thur- MT training and sparring at 7
Fri- Boxing and Sparring at noon
Sun- Long Distance Running

5 usually, but they've been very 'slow' because I can't run or anything with a knee injury, it drives me nuts that after my workouts without running I'm not even remotely tired.

mon: muscle endurance
tues: gpp in the am, skills in the evenin
wed: sparring/rolling for approx 2 hours.
thurs: hiit in the am, skills in the pm
fri: sparring & rollin 4 approx 2 hours.
sat: sparring and muscle endurance
sun: gpp - workout capacity 101 for those of u familiar with it.
