Just train alot! Its simple. If I gas rolling, roll more, if i gas striking strike more. Stop looking for something thats not gonna be there. Also ppl tend to spend so much time doing "conditioning" that they neglect their actually arts. Sure add some basic conditioning training to supplement ur art, but remember you want to get better at ur art in the end.

For bjj/grappling I do lots of body weight floor movements, basic calisthenics, and iso-metic holds for endurance training. Add that with lots of rolling you should be fine.

No. It isn't. There's a lot of guys who train hellishly hard but still get no where or still gass out. You can both train hard and smart, rather than just training hard hoping for good results.

Thats good advice, But I also think your diet is a HUGE factor in how well you perform. Like you said, if your blood cannot reach your muscles efficiently, you will get burnt out faster. I stopped eating red meat and drinking soda and its made a big difference.

That's a very simplified look at it, but you get my meaning.
Sounds like a good way.

Thanks for the heads up, I didn't realize anything was wrong but I figured it out and fixed it. I've been getting some spam bots lately and I attempted to make a couple security changes to try to keep them from being allowed to post and apparently it kept everyone from posting. It should be working just fine now.

I just train two different things a day. One day leg strikes and running for conditioning. I try to run at least 4 to 5 times a week and work on strikes and grappling on each different day and lift weights 3 to 4 days heavily and 2 more of light days. Also when I train, I strap 40 lbs with 20 lb vests over it, then put 20 lbs on each arm and 20 lbs on each leg to make it more effective.
