How do you train your chin?

We have seen a lot of people getting unexpectedly KOed in this last year, so I have a question for all you boxers / kickboxers out there on the forum...

How do you train your chin so you can take shots better? Is this something that's just genetic and some people are better at than others, or can you improve it with training? Does taking growth (and making your jaw bigger ) help at all? What sort of training do you do? Neck exercises? Just letting people drill you over and over?

It seems like a lot of guys like Arvloski, for example, are being held back by this one weakness. If they could just improve it would make a big difference.

Get people to kick you in the head over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over again.

In all seriousness, I think it has everything to do with Genetics. Some people have the chin and some people don't.

You can't train for it. Good chins are innate.
