Oohhh, man. He is still doing that? I went a zillion years ago. I was NOT ready for it. If you can-wrestle all you can. There is simply no substitute for actual mat time for the conditioning aspect. Remember, camps are also there to get you ready for the actual season, so don't sweat it too much if you aren't in Olympic trials shape. Other than that, regular interval sprinting, or other general conditioning excercises will do well for ya. Or were you speaking technically?
