Either go super simple: jump rope, push ups, squats,etc or use resistance bands with a door attachment. (Michael Sena makes a "travel trainer")... And I hear the real doll is awesome , lol, no really...

It's really as far as your mind will take it. There are things people go to a gym for that you can do in a small room. Just use your brain to create something good.

For a quick on the go workout i do
warmup
5 sets of 50 burpees

then superset
10 sets of squat punches (bodyweight squat finished with a combo)
5 sets of steam engines or situps

Ask the concierge where you can find a lady of the night. Bring here back to the hotel and bone her but make sure you don't fall asleep afterwards or else she's going to steal your stuff. That should be good for a bout 15-20 minutes of cardio. 2 if you're me.
