hotel room workouts

Anyone have a good conditioning workout they do while traveling/staying in hotels?

Was thinking about getting some resistance bands and shadowboxing and doing something like the bas rutten workout thing...any advice? I have a tough time figuring out a really tiring exercise routine while traveling..

shadowboxing and skipping rope.
100 Burpees. 3 sets and you're probably done for the day.
1'000 Hindu Squats.
1'000 Pushups total.
1-2, Sprawl (November Challenge). a few sets.
Jumping Jack Flash (March Challenge). 3+ sets.

This look alot like my standard everyday morning - evening routine I do to suppliment my actual workout. Of course its alot more compact than yours. I do about 300 pushups/legraises/squats in the morning and the same 1 hour before bed. Its great, Its fast, I love it.

Oh man that's funny. I would love to see the look on people's faces seeing someone carrying a real doll into the hotel

If it's a big hotel you could run the stairs.

Like you said, Bas Rutten's work is pretty good - skipping ropes, why not use the gym/fitness centre therE?
