Hindu push ups or regular push ups?

which are better or which do you just perfer to do?

I like Hindu push ups better. But would also say do both.

I like Regular pushups better, Hindu/Dive Bomber hurts my shoulder for some reason.

Plus if they are good enough for the army then they are good enough for me.

i prefer regular, but i like to mix in hindu every so often to keep my workout fresh
