Hiking?

Is hiking any good?
Good for cardio?
Doesnt it burn a lot of calories?

It depends on the terrain and speed at which you're going... Of course it'll increase your cardio, but by how much, depends on you.

you mean like conditioning hikes? they're less intense than say HIIT, but then again hikes usually last for at least a few hours if not all day. and if you pick a steep trail, you'll definately get a workout. sometimes i hike just to break the monotony

It great LSD work if you pick a steep enough trail. It's excellent high intensity work if you run the hills or are carrying a heavy pack and moving at a quick rate. Give trail running a shot, it's a blast.

hiking is great, i went 7 miles & 2000 ft. elevation the other day. you can make a slow pace, or quick, you can evan run/jog the trails if you want a real intense cardio workout.

Trip balls? Not sure what that means man.

LSD = Long, Steady distance cardio: ie: road work/40 minute run at steady 8-10 minute pace, etc.
