HIIT Questions
I have recently been reading some posts that contradict each other. I am just wondering if there is a general consensus as to which works best (for burning fat, increasing endurance, etc.)
A. 60-90 seconds sprinting then rest until your heartrate returns to 120-140, then repeat.
B. 30 seconds sprinting, then 60 seconds jogging, then 30 seconds sprinting, and repeat.
