Eat at least 1 gram of protein per 0.45 Kg of bodyweight. Try a lot of lean red meat and whole eggs. Use a lot of heavy compound movements like the squat, deadlift, bench press, press/overhead press whatever you want to call it. There are many different variations of those exercises i.e. squat: back, front, hack, overhead, zercher, power, etc. Sorry, I ramble. Lift heavy eat a lot sleep a lot.........
