Help on putting on some serious mass.

hey there, i just got a gym membership and im wonting some help to make a workout routine for myself to put on mass.
im wonting to go the the gym atleast 3 days a week and i also do athletics 3 days a week.
my approx weight is 65 kilos and iam about 6.1 iam fairly skinny and have a very fast metabolism.

please help.

stop doing cardio routines.
Go for bulk in your lifting exercises (AND KEEP A LOG TO MONITOR YOUR PROGRESS!!!!!)

Eat at least 1 gram of protein per 0.45 Kg of bodyweight. Try a lot of lean red meat and whole eggs. Use a lot of heavy compound movements like the squat, deadlift, bench press, press/overhead press whatever you want to call it. There are many different variations of those exercises i.e. squat: back, front, hack, overhead, zercher, power, etc. Sorry, I ramble. Lift heavy eat a lot sleep a lot.........

Athletics and mass don't really go together, unless you're into throwing stuff or doing 100m.

cut down on the athletics

try out bill starr's 5x5 routine, you can find it in the S&P faq.

eat lots of protein.
