help it out
i dont usualy frequinent this thread but i figured u guys would know more about conidtioning then anyone else on the forum but anyway i have always in ok shape due to grappling and lifting and all that but im wanting to do some good hardcore endurence training so just tell me what u think of this
1)spring a few yards then do a few burpess a few set of em
2) some complexes in the gym
3)tabatha (sp) with power cleans or front squats something hard and demanding
4)finished with maybe some farmers walk till i cant move anymore or something
i do a long distance decent pased jogged everyday just to keep that up
other then that this is just a rough outline of what i want to use to get started into a good conditiong workout

Frank: Alright first things first, the squat. You want to put all the weight on your neck, jam your legs down, hyper extend your ankles, and shoot back up locking your knees in place.
