Help with my plan
I am having trouble trying to fit my conditioning into my plan.
Monday-Boxing training
Tuesday-Weights
Wednesday-Boxing training
Thursday-
Friday-Boxing training
Saturday-Weights
Sunday-Rest
Muy boxing workouts are very intense they include roadwork + all the other skill and conditioning stuff. I would not like to do something on the days i box
I have most equipment like a sandbag,sledgehammer and tire,sled for dragging etc. I am just confused on how to fit it into this plan.
Any help would be appreciated.
