Help me out with some conditioning drills

I injured my foot a few months ago and being as stubborn as I am, I trained through it. I went to the doc a few weeks ago and he told me to stay off of it for a month. It hurts when I put weight on it. It hurts a bit to walk, but it hurt bad when I jump around or run.

So for the past two weeks I've been doing nothing but lifting weights. I can't skip rope, run or do any kind of footwork or conditioning drills I know.

What are some workouts I can do without putting weight on my foot? Swimming is the only thing I can think of but regular students are very allowed very limited use of the pool if they're not on the team.

A stationary bike seems like it would be right up your alley. Try that out and see if it's low-impact enough for your ankle.

You could always do barbell complexes, which are guaranteed to kick your ass if you're not used to them. Tabata variations on typical compound lifts are also killer.

That's all I can think of at the moment but I'm sure others have more things to add.

When you say you can't put weight on your foot, can you do a bodyweight squat? Or, do you have to stay off your feet altogether?

You could try massive circuits of pushups, pullups, rows, seated press's, v-ups, and so on. What about a rowing machine?
