Icon4 Help! Which conditioning should I choose?

I train BJJ 4 days a week, a total of 6 classes, an hour and a half long each. After my recent tournament, I desperately need to improve my conditioning. I can train three additional days in the mornings to improve my conditioning.

Which conditioning should I choose?

1. Muay Thai - The classes are an hour and half long. Since I am a beginner, I would not be sparring. I believe the classes consist of jump roping for warm ups, bag work with and without a partner, and stretching.

2. Swimming - I have access to an Olympic size pool.

3. Running - I have access to a track for long distance running or sprinting. My buddy also has a weight/drag sled that I can use on the field.

Keep in mind, the goal is to improve conditioning NOT to lose weight (although that's probably what's going to happen with the increased conditioning). I already know to increase the intensity when rolling in my BJJ classes.

I know nerves, lack of technique, food/supplements etc. may have contributed to gassing out at a tournament (I won my first match but was dead during my second match) but I still want to improve my conditioning anyway.

If you guys could help me out, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

Try running fast, swimming fast, and circuit training. Do everything intense.

barbell complexes

do you know if you need to increase your cardiovascular endurance or your muscle endurance?

If you have access to a rowing machine, I would give that a go as well as, like i said, barbell complexes.

No equipment necessary. You'll also save a lot of time by going short and intense.

try treading water with ankle weights on or a body vest that will help with muscle fatigue and stamina
