help with conditioning in my routine

ok i put this routine together in the stength and power forumand was wondering if you guys could help with the conditioning and core work this is wat it looks like

monday
SQUATS 5x5

FRONT SQUATS 3x6
PAUSE SQUATS 3x5

SIDE PRESSES 3x5
CONDITIONING DAY tuesday ????

wednesday
BENCHPRESS 5x5

OVERHEADPRESS 3x5
DIPS 3x10

TURKISH GETUPS 3x5



REST DAY thursday

friday
DEADLIFTS 5x5

BENT OVER ROWS 3x5
WEIGHTED PULLUPS 4x5

WINDMILLS 3x5

CODITIONING DAY saturday????

REST DAY sunday

what do you think i should do ?

You could do some LSD distance work after your Squat and Deadlift days. This could help with the soreness and be active recovery.

You could also add some Interval ruuning or sprints on DAY 2 and have DAY 4 as a rest day.

Another option is to finish your strength workout with a finisher (complexes,tabata intervals,Burpees etc). This is a good way to get some conditioning in.

there are lots of things you could try, for intervals try sprinting 20s then jogging 40s for 10 mins, that would be a good start into it, as you progress increase the sprinting time and take away from your recovery jog.

I'd do HIIT/GPP on Thursday & Sunday, LSD on Tuesday (deadlift recovery jog/cycling). If you're up to it you could throw in some sandbag/barbell complexes, bag work, GPP drills etc. at the end of each lifting session.
