Avoid the later day heavy foods/carbs. Drink plenty of water.

Training-wise, I would continue with the bjj and muay thai training, until you get used to it and comfortable with it. Then you can incorporate some elliptical type stuff. Extra bag work at the facility. Pushups before bed. Careful with the running right away, as the impact with the extra weight could leave you vulnerable to injury. Do that later.

Knowing what to eat you probally already figured out. When you can control your portions & be religious with training, the change will come at a steady rate.

Absolutely stay away from heavy carbs before night time rest. Drink water & keep the sugar LOW.

your diet is going to be the single biggest thing to fix in order to lose weight, there is alot of good information in the diet and supps forum, there are a few guys coming down from the 300's so your not alone.

What kinda of training are you doing? weights? cardio etc?

What does your diet look like?

this should start you off in nutrition http://www.johnberardi.com/articles/...on/7habits.htm
