Well it obviously depends on what your eating.

If your stuffing yourself with shit food (Pizza, Hamburgers, etc) of course its a bad thing. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you are eating healthy foods. If your loading yourself up on healthy fats, vegetables, fruits, and meat products like fish and chicken then yeah you should be fine.

Just remember all foods need some kind of moderation. For example if you over eat foods like chicken and some fruits (Especially fruits like Banannas) they are deffinantly going to pack on some extra unwanted weight.

Water is always a good thing to have in your system if your really into cardio. As a side note water weight can make you appear bigger. You shouldnt have alot of problem with that though since you do alot of cardio.

Yeah man and chances are once you do start traning seriously to fight you'll have someone helping you out with your diet plan anyway.

Once you start MMA training or what ever it is you are going after make sure you ask the top dogs in your gym what they are eating and take alot of notes. Your diet will be a big factor in your training.

Thats awesome.

But if you want to get ''ripped'' your going to have to have a pretty strict diet. You wont be able to just go at it when ever you feel like it.

Sometimes what and when you eat is more important than the actual exercises.

Anyway good luck man.
