Hello

Hi I am really new to the whole working out thing and got some good advice form the people at the S&P Forum. So I realise that I have far too much body fat. I was hoping for any suggestions to lose some of this. Should I do high intensity, but I have very little cardio at the moment and think this might be too hard for me. I have tried shadowing boxing form 5 1 minutes rounds with 30 sec break in between and got really tired and when I passed 5 rounds I could barely punch with power at all. It was an awesome workout though. So is this kind of cardio god for me or do ou guys have any other suggestions as how I should incorporate cardio into my workout? Thanks for any advice you guys can give me.
