How big is it?
You can shoulder it, you can do modified turkish get-ups with it (lay on the floor with the bag on your chest and stand up making sure the bag never touches the floor), squat it, if you can balance it on you back you can do pushups... other than that you could always punch/kick/knee/head butt it.
Only thing I`d suggest you not to do whole workouts of punches as they will get really hard on your shoulder joints.
