Have you ever?

Have you ever seen a fat pre 180lbs (experienced) deadlifter? Is this the way to truely get rid your belly fat for the summer? I sweat like a hog when I lift (I recently started to) so I thought this could be a way?

Your body will dictate where you lose the fat. You can only do so many deadlifts, but it's a great exercise to add to your routine. It burns mad calories and puts on lean body mass...the more muscle you have the more calories you burn. There are many ways to lose weight; you just have to find out which way is best for you.

I enjoy the "Eat right and exercise/train till you can't move" method myself.

I really suck at that "eat right" part, but I like to train. Still I want to get rid of my belly fat somehow... I cant leave my junkfood just yet.

Well, that's kinda shitty. If you're that hard headed then I would suggest just burning as many calories as possible. Lift weights in the morning, so you burn more calories throughout your day, then at night or about 8 hours later do some rigorous cardio. Switch it all up as much as possible and keep your heart rate up while you're working out. Don't eat less...eat better. Snack on healthy stuff throughout the day so you keep you metabolism high. NO SODA that shit will kill you. If you must go for diet soda.

Thanks for your answear, Ive already banned the fatty soda from my life. With being unhealthy I was thinking more about hamburgers and hotdogs, pizzas etc.

What you wrote in your first post gave me hope though. Bigger muscle mass burn more calories. If so I perhaps are headed the right way considering I am pretty buff and growing bigger. I work out 4-6 times a week so I might get slim one day.

No doubt...take heed to my 2nd post. 2 times per day. You'll get there.
