Have a herniated disc.. but want to get myself back in shape
Hi guys.. Before I herniated my l4-l5 disc I worked out avidly to bodybuild.. but i injured myself, and my training came to a sharp stop. It's been about 8 months since then.. and recently i've started doing resistance band work..
I am 16 and I am around 22 percent bodyfat and want to get myself back down to the 10-12 percent i was at before my injury. I have the resistance bands, a punching bag, a speed bag, and a treadmill.. I was wondering if someone could help me put together a program to get me into combat shape (obviously I wont be able to fight) without it being to rough on my back..
I will only have the speed and punching bag for 18 days.. but ill have everything else available.. I have access to a gym and what not as well.. but I can't do much of that because of the back..
