Have a cold, should I train BJJ tonight?

On Monday i started having a cold and sore throat. So I skipped bjj practise on Monday and also tuesday. Today Wednesday, I feel much better, no more sore throat at all just a runny nose. Feel fit and awake exept for my runny nose.
Question is, should i Train tonight or should i rest one more day and train on thursday instead?

yeah but its just a small runny nose. Missed two days already man, need some training. I'm a Jiu jits addict

You'll probably end up feeling worse tomorrow for having trained while ill and will end up giving your cold to everyone you train with tonight.

That may be the case, but think of your fellow BJJers. I'm sure they don't want to be denied their addiction either.

You guys have a point: think about your training partners. Ill probably skip tonight, and come back even in better shape tomorrow night. Thanks for the insight.

Vit C and rest until your better. Normally u r most infectious just at the beginning of the cold so your lassmates should be OK.
