Hands constantly exhausted

I had been a pen pusher all my life. Albeit one who did weights and running fanatically.

Than 8 months ago I took up judo.

Through all this I never thought or knew about hand strength. Sure id used those crappy plastic hand grips the kind u find in any supermarket for $3.

Anyway my pops tells me he's going to think about retiring soon and i should join his distribution business.

So 3 months ago I packed up my pen pushing job and started running a warehouse. Basically lifting boxes and sacks all day with all the pulling and gripping motions it involves on the hands.I also upped the judo i was doing to 3 times a week and started doing more manual labour such as digging up soil etc. I also bought some captain of crush grippers 7 weeks ago. I bought the trainer and #1...........my point is those grippers are what seems to have pushed me over the edge. The last 2 months my hands are constantly exhausted.I usually only squeeze in one grip workout a week but i neevr feel at my peak. I can do six reps on the #1 and about 20 on the Trainer.

Using my hands at works is not negotiable, neither is weights or judo and id still like to use the grippers once a week.

My question is what can i do to recuperate my hands in the same way u may take a massage for the back or have a cold shower for muscle soreness?
Please help me.

Hell my hands never rest at work. most days I spend 12 to 14 hours a day pulling a crowbar and Im yet to run into a fighter stronger than me at 205lbs (mabee better but not stronger)the more you do the harder your hands will be start a sledge hammer workout and don't wear gloves let yer hands get blisters give em 1 day off then start again that should help yer hands get hard and strong.
