BB when you are finished I would like to see what system you are going to be using to push yourself. My gym has a handcycle and a rowing machine, and I was interesting in incorporating them into my routine because I hate running, unless it's sprinting.

we used to have a small table top one at my gym so you might be able to get away without making it full sized.

Interesting weirdness. You lean to steer. Looks like it is made from a airdyne type stationary, a kid's bike, and an adult bike. fairly straight forward if you have the supplies and a welder, but doesn't look too practical. Certainly not one for hills.

There's ugly....and there's fugly. And standing triumphantly above both is that thing.

That is the most disgusting collection of ****l I have seen since I sold my 1984 chevy celebrity.

It was my first and last car. I hate cars, therefore I drive trucks.

Solitary Mountain Training Log

Ahhh AHHHHAAA!!!

Hand erometer = hand cycle.

Post 166.

I finally made mine by putting my stationary bike up on a table, sitting in a chair, and pedaling the thing with my hands.

How about a vehicle that uses both your hands and feet for power? So you have the option of working out any part you want or use both for added power or switch when one part gets tired
