Is this a good workout?

i use stationary bike on highest setting rigorous 17-19mph for 5 minutes
then lift dumbbells and do some presses
then repeat until i get 40 minutes of bike
and 8 reps of 2minute dumbbell time
then i blow the rest of my energy on my thai bag

after that i drink a whey protein shake is this okay training?

I jerk off vigorously for 30 minutes straight. Then i drink some muscle milk and shoot some roids.

Is this a good work out?

Well, the bike to the dumbells is a quick jump from intense to not so intense. How much weight are you doing on the dumbells? Are you blasting out with light weights, or are you going heavy with low reps? If you continue to breathe really heavy then it's good for cardio, but it's definitely lacking for a complete conditioning workout.
