What are your goals? Because that looked like 10 minutes of inefficiency.

I'd be very surprised if your heart rate got above 120 at any point in that video. If you're working muscle endurance, work endurance. If you're working explosiveness, work explosiveness. you're doing neither. And then for some WTF reason you take a timeout to do levering grip work? No. Be practical and goal-oriented. Read the FAQ.

Yes, I've been known to do a bit of training every now and then.

Buy me a camera and I'll show you how it's done.

Do you train MMA yet? That's sort of a pre-req.

Quite a few people on here train UFC. I'd suggest finding their videos of training UFC.

Read up in the FAQ's on this forum, the Strength and Power forum, and the Diet forum. I was just being a smartass when I said "training UFC". If you really want to be taken seriously, you need to say "training MMA". UFC is a brand/promotion, not a sport.

What you were doing looked like a big waste of time. It's pretty apparent you have some physical abilities such as hand speed, flexibility, GPP, etc., but I'm not exactly sure to what extent. Have you ever done burpees? Deadlifts? Do you run/do sprints? Barbell complexes?

Check this out as well: RossTraining - Bridging The Gap Between Ordinary and Extraordinary

There are videos all over youtube of people "training UFC" as you'd say. I honestly don't you are a troll, but this thread reeks of that!
