Good Conditioning Routine Needed

I just started training BJJ again after a long hiatus and I'm feeling out of shape. I want to get back into shape and I am looking for some help. I train a few days a week but I was wondering if anyone had some suggestions for the days I'm not training. I just started to run but I wanted a little more than that and I'm a student so I can't afford a gym

Any help or suggestions for a good workout plan appreciated

You don't need a gym to be fit. I still get my best workouts in my basement with my body weight and a jump rope. Try doing this workout I did last weekend.
Jumprope 5min/ push ups 1min/ bicyle abs 1min/ Step ups w/ knees on a chair or bench 1min/leg/ resistance band rows 2min/ wall sit 1min/ jumprope 3min- Rest 1 min and repeat cycle of moves for 3-4 sets. Have fun!

I think I'd do alot of body weight exercises, run to the park, haning sit ups, pullups, pushups, dips, hang a rope to climb... you can also do alot of partner drills if you have someone to work with

You can find some good ideas to make yourself a routine if you surf through that stuff. Sprints are also a good thing to add to your running routines.

If you want a good running workout run gasers. Go to a football field, start on either the left or right boundary, run down and back twice. Do maybe 4-6. I've done these in football for years and they really boost your endurance in my opinion
