Good cardio excersizes to do with a lower back injury??

My back has been injured for a while, and it is just getting irritated again, so I would like to know if you guys know of any really good excersizes I could do that puts as little pressure on my back as possible. Also I am not sure of my exact injury, but I'm going to venture to say that it isnt just a pulled muscle because it has been at least bothersome for the past 2 and a half months. I am going to go to a doctor to check it out soon.

go to a doctor first and figure out what you are dealing with.

As for exercise, Swimming all the way. Stationary bike is usually ok too, although it will depend on what you've done.

I'm dealing with a sore lower back from running a lot while preparing for my first triathlon. Back injuries suck because they seem to affect everything.
