Good, bad, or ugly?
I used to do a lot of road running and skipping when preparing for a three round fight but I have changed to cross country running now the weathers warming up here in Leicester. I also have upped my weights and use them to gain power as well as endurance, I also do a lot more bag work.
A gym instructor has advised me to do dynamic stretching before my cross country runs and do static and ballistic after to avoid hamstring tightening. Another instructor has advised me to go swimming after I do my weights too.
Is this good advice or am I going the wrong way?
