Give me and idea if whats going to with my heel

Not asking for a diagnosis, just peoples experiences.

Have a pain, like a bruise or swelling on the bottom of my right heel. Couldn't put weight on it this morning.

Only really been running that could have brought it about. I did a 5 1.2 miler on grass wednesday, that's about it recently. Did thai yesterday, but at the time that I was training it was fine (that right leg has been moaning for a few weeks, but after a few hundred metres or a warm up, it stops moaning).

Is that a "plantar's wart?" If so, that was my first guess as well.

That's what came to mind when reading your description - try lots of stretching, flexing your toes back toward your knee - there are even devices that you can get that will hold/stretch the foot in that position for you: Plantar Fasciitis Fxt | Health & Wellness | SkyMall=

Cheers for the input

Never had it before.
Over the weekend I've been taking ibuprofen and stretching out the achilles and it feels better for sure. But I'm going to take this week off from running and boxing to give it a break. I went rowing yesterday and I'll see how burpees and deadlifts are tonight.
