getting started with conditioning

hi there,

i have nearly done no real sport in almost one year. i ride to work with my bike but it is just about 1km. in a few months i would like to start training in bjj and muay thai. the problem is i know that i will die in just like 10 mins of muay thai training because at the moment i got almost no condition.
so i need a workout for beginners like me who are not in a good condition and i got no sense what would be suitable for me.
i got nothing yet like a sandsack or weights. so the workout must be something i can do with just my body. i am thinking of something like 1-2 hours a day. the problem is i dont know what exactly and especially how long i should do certain excercises.
i know no one of you is my personal trainger but help would be appreciated.
something like: start with 30 mins jogging after that a few situps or whatever.
thank you for your help.

Hello.

Like some have stated. You must look into the FAQ's. You will get alot of knowledge there. Its a great start. Here's the link below.

The New F A Q (Including Interesting Links)

I dont think anyone is going to be specific with you until you find a routine. people will help you out with any questions you have once you are on some kind of routine and schedule. Then you can come back here with more specific questions. Good luck!

if your limiting factor in starting BJJ and MT is your conditioning, start anyways. it will help whip you into shape and you'll start learning your skill set that much faster
